I had been in therapy before. I was struggling with crippling anxiety when I restarted therapy with Niharika. In just the first session, she gave me techniques to understand and manage my symptoms.
She helped me see how I did not have to live as a prisoner of my childhood experiences, and made me feel empowered to handle situations independently. I have stopped worrying about what people think about me and I am able to say “no”! I’m able to stand up for myself and not people-please all the time. She has helped me accept and love myself for who I am.
