I am giving a detailed review because construction is not something we engage in every day. So I feel its important to give a more detailed review. Touchwood did a renovation project for my parent's house in Ananthnagar (near Electronic City) over the past 2+ months. The first thing that struck me about Paul was that he called within a few hours of me posting my project on Bark, and made a visit to the site the same afternoon. In fact, he was the only company that responded to my project request. Here are the best things about my experience with TouchWood - 1)Quality of work - The biggest work was waterproofing the roof. They did the work the proper way taking no shortcuts. 2)Make sure customer needs are addressed - During my project, I must have asked Paul 50+ times to do various changes as the project was progressing. He always listened to my requests and said No maybe only twice when he had a good reason to say so :) Towards the end of the originally scoped project, there was new work discovered - Underground rusted water pipe leaking. Paul's team worked on the weekend and continued working for as many days needed to replace the GI pipes around the house. This was all done in my absence. 3)Is Ok to accept change of plan and move on - There were couple of occassions when we had mis-communication about the brand of material etc; but Paul did not make a big deal about it. He just made the necessary changes and moved on. 4)Paul's availability - Paul always accepted my calls, or messaged me if he was busy and would call back. He made frequent visits to the site, and personally supervised critical and urgent work. 5)Skilled and Professional team - Paul's team is skilled and courteous. They worked hard even in the brutal heat. Any project with size and complexity will have bumps along the way, and even though the project took longer than originally expected, I would still trust a company with the positive qualities mentioned above. I recommend TouchWood to anyone looking for qood quality outcome.

Appreciating Touchwood Interiors for their friendly and dedicated work. They were quick and efficient. Even if we have any queries, they are ready anytime to fix the issues. Trustworthy company for any kind of interior work. Congrats Mr. Paul & Team.
