How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I aim to teach my clients about training. I want to share what I know and give them a better understanding on how their bodies work. I hope to help women through all chapters of their lives including pregnancy and postpartum chapters.
What do you love most about your job?
Coaching and Teaching. Giving clients the knowledge they need to continue on their fitness journey for life. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to coaching.
I love teaching women about general training differences for women as well as training through their cycles, menopause and especially training throughout their pregnancy and postpartum fitness journeys.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to help women through the different phases in their lives. Our lives should not fall into a one size fits all approach to fitness and training. Different stages like pregnancy, postpartum, moving jobs or starting relationships all impact on the time and ways we train. Find someone who can adapt with you and really teach you the value of training.
