Augusto has been my personal trainer for about 8 months now. I find him fantastic, he is very motivated which keeps me motivated.
He varies our routine and keeps it interesting. He also helps keep my diet on track and suggests exercise outside of our sessions. He is extremely affable, very informed on all aspects of fitness, strength and diet. However he is not afraid to push me.

I help people by educating them on how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I also lead by example and walk to walk so I can help and inspire people to do the same!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, education and patience! Dial in your training, nutrition and be more active outside the gym.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feeling of seeing people training hard and pushing themselves; seeing them losing weight and enjoying the process; going to the gym in their holidays and spare time.... all of it makes me feel fulfilled and happy that I'm making a difference and contributing to society.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe I'm very good at what I do and I can offer people a solid service in which they can carry on for their lives and inspire other too.
