My aim as a therapist is to provide high quality therapy to all of my clients, with a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each individual's experiences. EXPERIENCE
Throughout my counselling career, I have amassed a wealth of experience supporting people of varying ages, genders and sexual orientations. My support extends to those struggling with ADHD, BPD, toxic masculinity, depression, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, abuse, sexual abuse, sex addiction, PTSD, narcissistic personality, self-harm, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem and many more.

MY APPROACH
I am passionate in ensuring the counselling experience as beneficial as possible. I adhere to your pace while intuitively recognising when to give a gentle push of guidance. I promote mindfulness during sessions and allow ample room for introspection and processing during sessions, providing you with the time needed to explore and, above all, be heard.
