I am an Integrative Transpersonal counsellor providing a professional, safe and non-judgemental space to support you in exporing what may be troubling you. I can help with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, grief, feeling stuck, finding meaning, eating disorders, addiction, suicidal thoughts or feelings.
Integrative means I use a lot of different theories and approaches to inform my work, working in a way that best suits the client. For instance I can support you to be creative in exploring non-verbal ways of expressing what is troubling you and what matters to you at a deeper level. This can include being aware of what is happening in the body and using drawing, imagery, visualisation, archetypal stories and dreams.
Transpersonal means that soul has a place in my practice; our unique soul or essence seeks to express itself, and suffering can be a nudge from the soul that something needs attention.
