What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many people, I have experienced the highs and lows of life. When I was at a low point, I created a way of getting out of it. I started this business to share ideas with others to deal with the issues that life put in our way.
My philosophy is based on a holistic approach to your health and well being.

With a proven track record of helping people like you, I am at your service. It's a team effort and being honest there will be challenging times ahead when we work together, but rest assured I will be by your side.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Based on the present situation, I conduct coaching online only. I find that when students travel to my location, there is an element of stress in commuting which defeats the object of coaching. By meeting online in the comfort of your home the sessions are far more productive.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We live in challenging times and I have completely changed the way that I work. In order to keep everyone safe, I conduct coaching sessions online only.
