I have always been interested in personal health and fitness. I played club rugby for Askeans and Charlton Park RFC for many years and have kept fit since then with weight training,cycling and regular varied gym sessions, and these days a bit more golf.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Listening is an underrated skill...!
I do not believe it is about beasting people, I aim to get my clients to work hard but within there own limitations, everyone is different and have to be treated that way.
I design the programmes on that basis , but building in lots of variety
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Keep dreaming...
Your goals need to be set by who and what you are and not what you think you want to be, as there can lie a path to disappointment rather than enjoying the gains and forward strides that you are making.
What do you love most about your job?
working with people who want to see results by working hard and the great satisfaction and personal pride they take out of achieving the goals set.. ( and not people that need to be convinced that exercise is good for them! )
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being your own boss , making your own decisions, and not having to be answerable to other influences...
I like meeting different people and I enjoy exercise and the benefits it brings , even just moving and stretching more will improve your body and thus your state of mind
Why should our clients choose you?
The success of Personal Training depends a great deal on how you get on with and can relate to the PT and how they in turn can understand and empathise with their clients..... I believe it is something I am very good at.
