I don't really have a pet dish as such, but certainly British and World Foods are a feature
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have a Substantial website with ideas of dishes which are numbered, so the client can make a note of the things they like and then we work from there
What do you love most about your job?
It's great to be able to have a share in my clients life events by creating a memorable spread or centrepiece
What inspired you to start your own business?
Years of experience and expertise and enjoyment of my craft

Fresh Chef prepared catering platters for a self service ambient buffet for 15 to 80 guests. Various packages available for modest, yet delicious hospitality. Food is presented in buffet trays with clear lids for freshness, ready to serve. Special diets can be catered for, so please let us know your requirements.
