I had personal care and many other work done by their staff and it was outstanding. Coming out of hospital you would need someone there and Vow care services staff were there for me, the office was constantly checking up & I really appreciated it.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to be in care for a very long time and it was fulfilling to see what impact and how much help we provide. Sometimes, just coming to them alone and the client are all happy is fulfilling.

We cam sometimes provide online assessment especially during the lockdown, however; we don't encourage it, we need to be present to have the assessment done.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
PPE. All staff have hand sanitizers, mask is available to all.
Staff are supposed to remove all clothes worn at the end of the day & wash them for the next day so as to avoid spreading infection and wear aprons.
