What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives is the think I love most about being a therapist.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy working with people in the therapy field and using the different psychological approaches of Integrative Counselling, Hypnotherapy and energy therapies.

I offer a safe, confidential space for clients. I will take time to answer any questions, explain the procedure and ensure I fully understand your issues, needs and therapy goals to help you get the most from your sessions - clients often notice a shift from the first session, and because the approaches I use offer a brief therapy, many clients can experience a positive improvement within a few sessions.

Working on-line in Zoom has been the easiest way to keep clients safe during Covid.
