I am a professional massage therapist, as well as a 4th-year student chiropractor and have been a therapist for 5 years. I previously worked in a chiropractic clinic as a self-employed massage therapist for 2 years before deciding to branch out on my own and create my own brand and business.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help those in need of pain relief
What inspired you to start your own business?
Playing ice hockey for so long, I had so many issues with my back. I saw an amazing massage therapist and instantly decided I wanted to be like her and be able to help other people like me who are in pain and need help in some way, even if I can't help 'myself' as such, I know how it feels to be in pain and not know what to do about it and just having to live with it. Knowing there is someone out there who can help you is just amazing!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a kind, friendly, knowledgeable therapist with a bubbly personality and I will put you at ease instantly. I am very good at my job as I have put time, hard work and effort into being the best therapist I can be for my clients.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
No, unfortunately. Although plans to branch out into Southampton are underway!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I aim to always keep your health as first priority. I have been vaccinated and continue to wear a mask throughout treatment. Cleaning between clients is of utmost importance to me and have always done so, this will never change. Clients are not required to wear a mask during treatment however should do so upon entering the clinic.
Deep tissue massage (60 minutes)
60 Minutes deep tissue massage can include one main area that really needs focus on or can include a couple of areas. Every person and every massage is different, therefore a massage will be specific to your personal complaint.
Deep tissue massage (45 minutes)
45 Minutes deep tissue massage can include one main area that really needs focus on or can include a couple of areas. There is less time than a 60-minute massage to complete multiple areas, however every person and every massage is different, therefore a massage will be specific to your personal complaint. If you are unsure, and if you have multiple areas to focus on, go with a 60 minute.
Deep tissue massage (30 minute)
30 Minutes deep tissue massage can include one main area that really needs focus on.
There is less time to complete multiple areas, however every person and every massage is different, therefore a massage will be specific to your personal complaint.

Deep Tissue massage (90 minute)
90 Minutes deep tissue massage mainly includes a massage from neck to feet. Of course, if there are any areas that need more work on, more time will be taken up working on these and not all areas of the body will be done. Please remember, every person and every massage is different, therefore a massage will be specific to your personal complaint.
**Please be aware, deep tissue therapy can rarely include a ''full body'' massage. Full body including front and back. This is purely down to deep tissue massage being more of a specific approach to massage therefore more time is taken on each area. If more time is wanted, a request can be made for a 2 hour massage.**
