What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love helping people solve their personal finance problems. Some clients are highly sophisticated and it's a pleasure helping them fill in the gaps to their knowledge, and some clients have no experience in financial markets/products/personal finance and it's great seeing these clients gain confidence and peace of mind.

Of course I'm fully qualified and will shortly be a Chartered Financial Planner, but it is my honesty that allows me to build trust with my clients. Yes, the whole advice process can be done remotely. If of course, the client would rather meet in person that is absolutely fine too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic remote advice has been the new norm, during periods of eased restrictions some socially distanced meetings have taken place.
