I wanted to help people in a more direct way. I was finished working for organisations, but grateful for all the years of experience I gained.

I have 20 years experience counselling people in crisis and homeless. I have also counselled men in prisons. I am 42 this year, meaning I myself have the life experience to empathize with you. I am very experienced in helping people with toxic stress, burnout, depression and low mood, anxieties, coping with trauma. You are a unique person and I am looking forward to meeting you and hearing your story.

I specialise in in-person therapy.

Services

Transactional Analysis can identify how you have unconsciously positioned yourself in life and your unique personality structure. With CBT we'll uncover unhelpful core beliefs. In your first session, we'll explore what has brought you to therapy - what causes you distress and what you want to change. I'll use a "toolbox" of analytic techniques to help you build insight and self-knowledge. We can explore how to be more resilient, how to feel more confident, spirituality and identity.

I work with men and women showing symptoms of anxiety and/or burnout. I work with your trauma to understand how this has affected you. I can help you with depression and relationship problems. Your treatment plan will alleviate the feeling of being 'stuck' so that you can free up your energy to help get to the root of your problems.
