Counselling and psychotherapy take place on online with a qualified therapist.

I am a Accredited member of the National Counselling Society, a professional member of the Association of Counsellors & therapists Online, and trained at post graduate levels.

I work with children by therapeutic play or talking therapy or a mix, depending on their individual needs.

I work with adults, children and young people, families, couples and co-parents.

The therapeutic space is a safe , non-judgemental place to explore yourself, your needs, your wants and where those come from and how they affect your life.

People seek therapy for many reasons, these can include changes in relationships, jobs, bereavement, anxiety or depression or just a desire to get to know yourself better.

All sessions are via Zoom
