How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It's very important, but it does not standalone. Diet is part of a triangle of health that includes mental health and exercise at the other two corners. Fortunately, my programmes address all three. To put numbers on it, diet is 40% of the picture. Mindset, psychology and connection are 40% also; a great diet can't fully compensate for poor mental health and vice versa. The remaining 20% is movement and exercise.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people get better when they had lost hope. Nothing beats the satisfaction of changing someone's life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A journey through the corporate jungle and the damage it did to my health. A book called 'The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari' gave me the final motivation to spend my life in harmony with my purpose; thank you Robin Sharma!
