Vincent provided a celebration meal for 9 of us at an Airbnb we rented for the occasion. Vincent was friendly and professional throughout. Quick to respond to any and every communication, he listened carefully to what we wanted, advised on and produced a perfect menu for us. Vincent was not phased by the need to provide a vegan alternative and a couple of adjustments for individual preferences. On the day of our event Vincent arrived on time and produced an outstanding meal for us. Full of flavour, beautifully presented and all served in a timely, professional manner. The kitchen was left in an immaculate condition. To have a meal provided by Vincent is an absolute treat. I can't choose one. I just love cooking with passion and care ensuring that the flavours work together.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to find out your favourite foods and ingredients first and then set out to create a menu also based on seasonality and quality of ingredients.
What do you love most about your job?
My favourite part is the actual cooking, but I enjoy the journey from contacting the customer, discussing menu options and making sure the day runs smoothly and successfully.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to be free to make my own decisions and being able to offer food to customers that reflect my style of cooking.

I cook from the heart and customers can be confident that once the booking is made I will not let them down.

No, cooking has to happen at the venue. there is no substitute.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our hygiene rules are already strict, but when we arrive at the venue, the first thing we do is sanitise all surfaces and anything we are likely to touch during the event. We wear face masks should the customer require us to do so.
