Lancaster
y name is Chris, AKA 'The Lune Wolf'. Thanks for visiting my page!
I moved to Morecambe from Scotland two years ago with my American wife. Since arriving, I've reveled in all the beauty and splendor this amazing pocket of England has to offer - especially if you have dogs to share it with!

Break ebike ride from Glasson Dock to the aqueduct and stopped off at the Sainsbury store 5 minutes before the aqueduct to get sandwiches etc. Spent 20 minutes eating and chilling up there before carrying on to Morecambe. Beautiful place to be with University boat crews training on the river below. More...

Das Aquädukt, liegt schön im Grünen egal ob man von Lancaster aus den Rad-/Fussweg entlang oder oben entlang des Kanals kommt. Die Umgebung ist üppig grün, fast wie ein Park. More...

Worth seeing. The architecture is incredible. To get yo it seems odd. I used Google maps to get there. It took me to a residential area. I had to get permission to park the car and them walked down a steep path through some bushes to get to it. We'll worth the effort, though I worried about the car. I walked along a narrow path along the river to view and take pictures of the aqueduct from below.. More...

I have my own 2 very large dogs and I seen first hand how hard it was to find a walker who could handle large dog.
