Disgusting and disorganised. Booked a room here for a meeting with a member of staff and surprised when a month later I received a threatening email from a debt collection company. Apparently we had not paid the invoice for the room hire (which was never received to my knowledge). Instead of sending a polite reminder, this was sent to a debt collection company! This is not how to run a debtors process. As we had not received the invoice, it was cleared in our next bi-monthly invoice payment run and on the day it was cleared, the debt collection company emailed requesting proof it had been paid!! Clearly, if they'd bothered to check the bank statement they would realise it was and with the required reference. Let this be a warning for anyone else planning on booking this space. I'd stay well clear. Honestly, I'm disgusted at the process this company employs. If we'd received the invoice in the first place and refused to pay it, i'd understand but to send straight to a debt collection agency with literally zero reminders (as oversights do happen occasionally on both sides) is nothing short of shocking and abysmal! I recommend going elsewhere. More...

Why should our clients choose you?
Most of our repairs are completed within a super speedy 48 working hours (excusing weekends and Bank Holidays). If your device has suffered liquid damage, or if you require us to diagnose your problem, then these repairs can take longer as our engineers need to thoroughly assess the damage. Typically these are completed in between 3 and 5 working days. These timescales serve as guidelines only (and if you need a more accurate timeframe, or update on your order, then do feel free to get in touch).

Whilst we don’t have an online support system, we do happily accept calls and messages in relation to repairing your device. Just contact the team and they’ll be happy to talk with you.
