Architectural Services

Tash was brilliant from srart to finish. She listened to my requirements, my ideas and gave me her professional input where needed. She was very speedy with responding to my emails and was on hand to answer my questions out if hours a couple times which i really appreciated. Tash took care of everything when it came down to applications with the council which also took a load of pressure off me that allowed me to focus on other aspects of my project. I am really grateful for Tash and would recommend her services highly. More...

Q&As

We love working with people, and seeing the positive affect great design and spaces can have!

We are driven by people and the community, with an ambition to create socially sustainable projects which look after you and the environment.

Our goal is to work with our clients to develop unique, personal projects, creating context-sensitive designs that inspire and support – all while being kinder to the planet.

We put people at the centre of our process. We encourage an open and collaborative dialogue with you throughout the journey.

Your project is for you. So we want to ensure you love it.

Services

Have something in mind but don't know what can be achieved?

If you're looking for an initial feasibility study and want to know what you can achieve with your space, then we're here to help. Be it your loft, kitchen, shop or a plot of land you have your eye on, we will help you figure out what you can create.

We also undertake prospective planning applications so if you want to understand what can be achieved before buying your new home or land, get in touch and we can discuss.

We undertake concept and detailed designs, so whether you're wanting to design a new kitchen or bathroom, or have been meaning to approach a designer for your new extension - we can help!

Depending on the project, you may require planning permission and/or other consents.

We undertake planning applications on your behalf. These require a package of drawings and often a Design and Access Statement which we will produce and coordinate. We will liaise with the Planning Case Officer throughout the process.

Some cases may need additional surveys or supporting statements from specialist consultants. We will always advise what is required to ensure full coordination with other consultants.

We have experience with both listed buildings and buildings within conservation areas. So if you find your project is listed, fear not, we are able to undertake consent applications for these!

All new builds, changes of use and many alteration projects require a building warrant. This ensures the works comply with technical standards (or building regs for those of you outside Scotland).

This stage often requires input from other specialist consultants, such as a Structural Engineer. We will work closely with additional consultants to prepare a fully coordinated pack of information for submission, to ensure your project is fully compliant.

No job is too small! We love what we do, so if you've got a small box room you want to maximise the potential of, or have been meaning to look into removing that pesky wall through what could be a great space, get in touch and we'll see how we can help.

If you already know what you want and need some designs or drawings CAD-ed up, no problem! We can work with what you have to get your drawings looking professional in a jiffy.
