I give my clients achievable and sustainable goals in the gym whilst giving them a healthy yet enjoyable nutrition plan.

We will also check in with the clients weight, waist measurement, body fat and food diary weekly to ensure everything is going to plan.

I educate my clients on fitness and nutrition so they can achieve their goal and sustain it over the long term.

Finally, I ensure the client regularly feels they are constantly achieveing, either by hitting a new bodyweight or increasing their gym performance.

The secret is discipline. Discipline to say no to the unhealthy foods you may crave. Discipline to get up & go train even though you may not feel like it.

Consistency is crucial. We see a lot of '12 week body transformations' on YouTube. A lot of these individuals hit their goal but then bounce right back to the weight they were beforehand. This is usually because their lifestyle over that period of time was not sustainable.

I get to spend a lot of time in the gym which I love. I wear comfy clothing all the time. & I get to teach people how to lift safely which I feel is lacking in todays gym lifestyle & finally, I thoroughly enjoy helping people go through their journeys & improving their way of life.

I wanted to work for myself from a young age as I've always thought I'd be helping someone else achieve their goals by working for them. So why not just go into business myself & achieve my own goals & run my own life rather than have someone doing it for me ?‍♂️

I personally specialise in powerlifting and I can help you Squat, bench and deadlift right for YOUR body as one size does not fit all in this case. But I can also move into bodybuilding and implement these movements amongst many others to help you meet your goals.

I will also educate you about nutrition and help you eat right for your goal.

Finally, I'd suffered from kyphosis for many years and a lot of people suffer from the same thing due to sitting at desks all day. I can also help fix this issue and correct your posture!
