After a long time running my own business in hospitality I decided to get into shape, eat right and increase my quality of life.
I was 120kilos (25kilos) more than I needed to be....however through eating properly, training regularly and the right mindset/will power I shed my weight and am now an experienced marathon runner and tri-athlete.

I believe that anything is achievable with the right help and support and there is no reason why we can’t have some FUN along the journey.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and sacrifice but once you’re there it’s simply and issue of maintenance so that you can enjoy life to the full whilst being confident in your body.
What do you love most about your job?
The look on my clients faces when they start to see the transformation as they then double the effort as the visual motivation kicks in.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love fitness and had to follow my own fitness journey and once I reach my goals, I realised that I could help others on their journey to reach their goals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All equipment is appropriately sanitised between clients alongside observing social distancing. All fitness routines Are designed so that the client is self-sufficient within their own space so that we can train safely.
