What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish has to be a big sharing dessert which I serve on a large mirror or shelf. Which is perfect for big family dinners/small weddings and is a great way for guests to interact. Loads of your favourite desserts can be done this with. I take each element of the dessert and use them to build it up. It is a great show stopper.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work with the client and we come up with a menu that suits all the needs of the guests. Whether its a birthday party and the birthday guest has a favourite dish they enjoy or a wedding meal were the couple have dishes they love and have always dreamed of having at their big day. I work with the client closly to make sure they are happy and give some suggestions if needed. I do have menus written up whether its a buffet, afternoon tea, wedding meal, funeral, lunch and dinner menus and tasting menus.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working with clients and seeing how happy my food makes them. I enjoy the thrill of writing new menus and coming up with ideas. I love that I can do something I love as a career. I love the people I get to work with and meet on a daily basis.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Becoming a private chef is something I always dreamed of doing. I am enjoying the daily challenges it brings

I am passionate about what I do. I love making people happy when they eat my food. I love working with people. I can bring more to the table than just your average buffet or 3 course meal
