How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to them, depending on what they want to achieve depends on how I create a personalised programme plan for them to follow. We also look at their nutrition and try to focus on their macronutrient intake as well as their water intake. Nutrition is 80% of their progress and training is 20%.
Keeping clients consistent and accountable is key!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being consistent, remember why you are training and where you want to get to, wether it be a flatter stomach, or bigger bum! Keep focused.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients results! Seeing their mindset change and seeing them get stronger. Seeing them enjoy training and loving themselves
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being around family members who consistently try to loose weight the fast way, there was always little knowledge of how to sustain a weight loss or weight gain, instead it was all about how to drop a stone quickly instead of healthily.
Ive also always been sporty, always been active, I like to move and I understand the importance of it for me mentally
Why should our clients choose you?
Personal training is what I love and enjoy, I have a strong passion for it, so I am continuously studying to increase my knowledge and make sure I am giving the best programmes and advise to clients.
I train clients, giving them programmes and goals to work on without me, however I also pass my knowledge on to clients, so that they understand the need of certain things, for example training your lower back and core.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All equipment is wiped after use, I’ll also wear a mask to protect my clients, I try to correct forms without touching clients where possible.
