Reg is truly gifted person he's easy to talk to he has this aura that is just at peace which helps you feel at ease doing something you never thought you needed. He has helped me make so many changes in my life that had to be made and how I can be the best of me and to never give up striving for more. But with balance . His advice was tailored to me personally and what I needed and what he suggested I should work on core if you like to help with the struggles I'd started to feel also not notice. He gave me resources tactics and how to apply to daily life. Also he set me challenges to make me reach from my comfort zone especially hearing things I didn't see myself as a problem. Everything was manageable and all in time and moderation.
I really felt a 1-1 constant support. I would highly recommend Reg in everything he does to help and I really do feel he can give you new life and prospective in what he does. Positive vibes all the way.
I still use his advice and tactics to this day.

I contacted Reggie in May 2020 after I had been furloughed for 2 months and my relationship had broken down. I had felt that under the circumstances (Covid) and with all the changes I was experiencing, maybe speaking to a professional would help. I felt like I needed a change and wanted to understand why I keep making the same mistakes.

I was a little apprehensive about CBT at first as I wasn't sure what to expect from a coaching session, I was a little anxious, I imagined sitting on a couch type counselling process. My first session was on the phone and Reggie just asked me questions which felt more like a natural flow of conversation than being quizzed. He listened to my issues, thoughts and feelings on a variety of things and would just ask very simple questions to get me thinking.

At the end of the first session he gave me a few simple suggestions of things I could do to break my pattern of behaviour and how to self-reflect. I found the first session very thought provoking and after reflecting on it felt that my eyes had been opened to a different perspective that I should investigate further so I signed up for 5 more sessions - 1 per month.

Over the next five months I felt very comfortable telling Reggie the things I had experienced since starting my sessions with him, changes I had made, and I had noticed a difference in my interactions with family, friends and colleagues.

When answering his questions I found myself delving into all sorts of things from my youth and I started having these ‘light bulb’ moments that started to make it abundantly clear as to why I kept making the same mistakes, that just kept arising in a different form even when I thought I had learned the lesson. I started to see the things that I have been influenced by and started to understand my conditioned behaviours and actions, and realised that these are things that are within my power to change.

I am very grateful for the sessions and especially the questions Reggie asked me as it forced me to think about my own actions and what I could do to make changes and how to try and embed these into life, so I don't repeat the behaviour again.
I have found a new focus and now a year later I can say life really is completely different. I have resolved some previous traumas and have started to deal with situations and people I used to find challenging in a much more focused and self loving way.

I have learned that it is not selfish to put yourself first, in fact it is imperative that you do this, for your own mental health and wellbeing. My CBT sessions with Reggie have definitely helped me cope during a variety of different stresses and traumas during covid lockdown and if I feel myself starting to feel or see the same behaviours again in the future, I would arrange a few more sessions with Reggie to get back on track.

The passing of my Mum in 2018 inspired me. It made me realise I had to use my remaining time on the this planet to do something more fulfilling. I have been coaching in some capacity for over 20 years in my management career. So I understand pressure and stress.

I found my purpose to help serve others through Life Coaching professionally, with a natural ability to build rapport and talk through challenges. I overcome self-limiting beliefs to start living life in a more authentic way.

I genuinely care about seeing people happy and living the best versions of themselves. Not what family or society dictates you should be, what you want to be.

People's mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being matters. I help clients find balance in a world that doesn't always feel that way.

I am currently DBS checked for my clients reassurance.

I work face-to-face or remotely online via Phone call, Zoom or WhatsApp video.

I only do face-to-face sessions if it is within a sensible radius to my location.

I offer a Walk & Talk option where I meet clients for sessions out downs in nature to get grounded with nature which has a powerful impact.

The current situation we have all faced has allowed me to do more online sessions and reach more clients that need the support.

I am a certified CBT Life coach (CBT) stands for cognitive behavioural therapy.

I use a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy principles and coaching techniques to deliver bespoke tailor made programs to my clients, helping them achieve the changes they wish to make in their lives. One size doesn't fit all.

I want to create a positive impact in the world. Helping people move forward in a dynamic and progressive way, so they can create a life that is balanced and in alignment with their values, beliefs, passion and purpose. I would say my superpower is having X-ray vision to look beyond someone's perceived limitations. We work together to overcome challenges you force head on. I have a unique 6 step program and use my intuitive ability to help people find and extract their potential, by looking within to find the best versions of themselves.

Happiness is what we all deserve. Happiness is what I want for each of my clients and with that they pay it forward to their loved ones and the world.
