Graphic Design
Recently I commissioned Mike of Redchilli Graphics services in designing my fourth book Fragrance of Dhikr ‘ul Allah (Remembrance of the Divine) 2021.
The sequencing of various components and elements was meticulously designed, given that this was somewhat a challenging project involving intricate calligraphic Islamic artwork. His friendly and expedient service, punctuated by his professionalism, clearly reflects in a most pleasing outcome--representing all the key elements of my mission at an affordable price.
Mike is a man of vision, integrity and diligence with a keen eye for detail, who impressively and smoothly navigated through the process with patience, dedication and flair, liaising and coordinating with the printers and myself within the agreed time frame, a testament of his professionalism. I am happy to recommend his services and have already earmarked his services for my next publication.
Mike’s designs are strikingly reflective of the inner core of my being and of my writings as an Author. Overall, a pleasing outcome!

Excellent service! Very committed, quick and efficient.
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Having the creative and technical ability to fulfil, even surpass the client's vision.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When placing your project on BARK, "please" make sure we know what you are looking for, what the project is about: "Not just now" means you might be passed by.
Describe your creative process.
It is most important to listen to the client and understand what is to be achieved through the project. Effective design is communicating the right messages for your market. It requires the right brief and professional direction to arrive at the right solution; and sometimes with a little experienced advice along the way.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A good and full brief - I can help with this. I like to build a good understanding of the client. An agreement on the budget and payment terms. Deadlines. Any wider applications the project might be expected to interact with.
What do you love most about your job?
Just helping clients to be successful. That is what it's all about, isn't it! But I get a kick out of delivering a really well designed and executed project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
You could ask my clients but probably better to ask my wife! I think it's about engaging the creative process directly with the client, and, if I can, having direct eye contact at a briefing I can some times pick up more than just the words.
But, in these difficult times we can always use ZOOM.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very good at what I do. My clients come back for more! My longest client I've worked with for over twenty-five years. Lets talk and build a trusting business relationship.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I only do that for now. It has become the "new normal".
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Just working online remotely and looking after my health. I simply don't want Covid-19 for me, my family, friends, clients nor suppliers.

The creative process through to print-ready files and web content; books to flyers anf brochures, press and web adverising, web banners, edited and optimised PDFs, large format imaging. But if you just need something fixing I can probably do that too.
Photography (table-top)
I shooting small items in a "table-top studio" environment; fine craft jewellery, small pack shots and small engineering components.
Photo Editing
Retouching, recolouring, exposure adjustments. Making images ready for print or the web.
