I am a retired Nursing Sister who spent most of my working life without the need to use computor technology.
As a result I never really learnt how it all works .
I am now taking lessons from Dominique Chiu who is reassuringly patient and able to explain thing in a way that I can understand .As a result I'm enjoying my computer use rather than being scared of it.
Dominique makes the lessons interesting and obviously working with 'Seniors ' one needs a good sense of humour which she definitely has.

I had work experience with Dominique in Heathrow. The first thing I noticed was her work ethic. Dom is really hard working, every day I would see her trying to finish as many tasks as she could and was always eager to help others. There is no limit to her wanting to learn new things, as when I was learning about different sectors within the industry, she would find the opportunity to also listen to her colleagues to learn.

I admire how she is very well organised, always has her planner with her and writes every single detail down so you can expect that she will not forget anything.

Her leadership skills are also admirable, she is able to manage different tasks to everyone is a way that no one feels overwhelmed, her instructions are clear too.

By the end of the day Dom would assess me, It was really helpful as I was able to create a threshold of what I was taught and to ask multiple questions to which she would answer immediately.

Dominique was the Lead Planner managing a small team of Planners working on varying types of capitally funded infrastructure projects which at any time could be in excess of £100m.

Her team selection was critical as it ensured the right individuals were selected to manage the planning function for the department and interfacing with the Project Managers.

I put my total trust in Dominique's planning knowledge. She applied her critique to monthly submissions and to programmes of work being developed by the supply chain and programme managers.

Dom is a brilliant scheduler, we have worked together over 2 years now. She is very efficient and professional.

The work Dom has done for me includes establishing and reviewing project schedule. In addition, she provides assurance on the supplier's schedule. She ensures the schedule is realistic and the works are carried out in a most efficient way.

Dom is a proactive scheduler, she is keen to understand the project details . She attends my project meeting regularly to capture the latest information and provides supports when I challenge the suppliers on the progress/or lack of it.
