What do you love most about your job?
Giving the client a feeling of surprise and joy through food, and being able to see that in person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The coronavirus pandemic has hit the hospitality industry hard, like many industries around the world. People are slightly more anxious to go out to bars and restaurants now, and so chefs like myself need to adapt. Instead of going out to a restaurant, why not bring the restaurant to you.
Why should our clients choose you?
For a personalised service of bold flavours, beautiful presentation and an in-depth walkthrough on each dish and the ingredients used. I love social food, cooking and teaching the client little bits that they may not have already known about dishes and ingredients.

It’s simple, you tell me 5 ingredients that you love and I create and serve a menu to you based around those 5 ingredients. 3 courses, served directly from me to you - brunch, lunch or dinner.
