I have been coming to Paul for a few weeks now as I’m starting to train and get fit for my wedding. He knows which areas I need to focus on and he always pushes me to achieve my best goal. I have managed to lose weight and inches over the past 5 weeks and I’m starting to see a difference in my stamina and strength. He knows where my weaknesses are and he trains those areas. His sessions are really good and he motivates me to want to train outside our PT session. He also gives me good advice on food and lifestyle choices. I would highly recommend! More...

I train twice weekly in a group of 3 with Paul. He knows our individual strengths and weaknesses and how to push us out of our exercise comfort zones. The classes are fun but oh so hard and the time flies. Paul is particularly good at working with existing injuries and avoiding further complications whilst strengthening the whole body. I highly recommend his PT sessions whether they be group or individual as overall fitness improvement is quickly achieved and built upon. He’s a nice guy too!! ️‍♀️ More...

I have been training with Paul for 15 weeks and can honestly say he is the best PT instructor . I have joined numerous gyms over the years but I get so much more out of 2 sessions a week with Paul than I ever did going to the gym 4 times a week . Siobhan Watson. Having had my most recent baby girl 12 months ago my main goal was to get as fit as possible! By the end of the sessions I feel much fitter, stronger and I am losing weight in the process! Paul is very instinctive, experienced and soon establishes what makes someone tick! This is a real talent. He soon recognises your strengths and weaknesses and without you knowing he works on your weaknesses getting you to do activities you couldn't achieve to start off with! It really doesn't matter if you are super fit or very unfit, Paul has so many options for the same activity tailoring it to your ability and fitness level. I have never had any two sessions that are the same. Training is different each time making it much more exciting and never boring. Training with my husband Luke gives me that competition so I highly recommend a partner - I feel like you gain so much more that way. I would highly recommend PT with Paul what ever your goal!
