What do you love most about your job?
Oaksfield Care believes care starts with compassion. We are passionate about working with service users to ensure each individual is receiving a high level of care tailored to their needs and requirements. Our qualified team enjoy helping service users live independently in the community and live their day to day lives, which in itself is a reward to us that we value ourselves on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Oaksfield Care was created after our Managing Director spent several years in the care profession supporting service users in the community, which has provided Amy with a lot of expertise and knowledge to educate our staff with.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are continuing to monitor the government guidelines that have been set out the care sector. Our team have insured we have the relevant COVID-19 risk assessments in place. Our HR department promote having the COVID-19 vaccinations along with weekly PCR tests. Our staff are also provided with full PPE to ensure a safe environment for service users and themselves.

Our Service User bands consists of: Adults aged 65+, Adults aged 18 -65, Mental health, Physical disabilities, Learning difficulties or autism disorder, Sensory impairment, Dementia, Misuse of alcohol and drugs, and People with an eating disorder.
