What inspired you to start your own business?
My own past experience, medical conditions & struggle with choosing the right nutrition for myself earlier in my life have led me to specialized courses and training on the subject. Eventually, I graduated from Dietetic Studies at the Polish Institute of Dietetics. Nevertheless, I am aware that learning has no limits and I keep educating myself in the field of human nutrition which fascinates me immensely. My deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals as well as fitness goals inspired me to take the step of starting my own business.
