What do you love most about your job?
Helping an individual to find healing. It is a very humbling experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the space and time to help people find healing from whatever was troubling them.

I am real, genuine and relatable.
I have 17 years of counselling experience; working with children, men, ladies and couples.
I have also had counselling myself and I totally appreciate how scary this step can be and so, I will offer you the respect and kindness you deserve to help you feel safe and comfortable.

Yes, I can offer skype or zoom. We will contract to promote confidentiality and boundaries and also discuss alternatives if there is any technical issue.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My counselling room is big enough to maintain the required social distancing. I also have a covid risk assessment, hand gel, daily cleaning and ventilation.
Some clients have been happy to come for face to face sessions, but others have chosen remote counselling to promote their safety.
1-1 counselling
I offer face to face and remote counselling.
I have worked with issues from stress and low self- esteem to relationship issues and childhood trauma.
I charge £35 an hour.
