I was changing my personal trainer and decided to try Jason Smith New_u-coaching. He’s knowledgable and friendly-going.
He is very approachable and will listen to your needs and what you want out of the sessions. I needed new motivation so he had helped me by creating a weekly routine that I could benefit from. I have stuck with the routine 3 times a week since and he shows new variables of exercises that I can put into the weekly sessions I do, on my own. I’ve really enjoy the sessions. I always look forward to my next workout and when he leaves, I always feel great and optimistic and have a smile on my face. Thank you Jason!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The starting point is to properly understand what those goals are and the motivation for achieving them. I then design a bespoke training programme that will progressively help my clients achieve those goals and personally deliver it to them in an inspiring and motivating way. I have helped many clients hit their goals whether it be to prepare for endurance events, shed fat & pounds, build muscle, improve their cardio fitness and much more.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no single secret as it depends on what your dream body is. A guy who wants to grow muscle like Dwayne Johnson will need very different ‘secrets’ to someone who wants to lose weight and tone up. Whatever your dream body looks like I know the secrets to get you there.
What do you love most about your job?
That’s simple. Seeing the progress and delight of my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Several years ago I went through my own transformation, losing lots of weight, shedding body fat and building muscle. I improved my cardiovascular fitness to the point that at the age of 51 I am the fittest I have ever been in my life. I realised that many others would like to experience this type of transformation and I loved the idea of helping them to achieve it. And so I studied, got qualified and now practice professionally as a Personal Trainer. My number one motivation is helping people hit their goals and live a fitter, healthier and happier life.

I walk the walk. I have done it myself and continue to live my new life of health and fitness with passion. I know and have experienced the bumps in the road and I can help people overcome them the way I did. I always build strong professional relationships with my clients. Sessions are fun but challenging and always effective and are always designed to hit the specific goals of each individual client.

Yes. I offer classes by Zoom, FaceTime and other video conferencing platforms. Because programmes and sessions are specificity tailored for each individual these are always delivered live.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Outdoor training for 1:1 sessions with portable gym equipment to allow a full range of exercises. You really can train anywhere!
Full sanitisation of equipment before and after each session.
Remote training delivered by Zoom, FaceTime and other video conferencing platforms.

Together we'll assess your current situation, clarify your goals and priorities, explore the beliefs and other factors holding you back from making positive change and agree a plan that we'll work on together to move you forward and get you to where you want to be.
I'll use my expertise and experience in NLP, Hypnosis and Coaching to help you make real breakthroughs and achieve the life results you want.
