I came here due to being forced by the job centre and it ended up being unnecessary. However, for the building itself, it's a nice building in Corby but it's not easily accessible by public transportation and it's a bit of a walk to get here. There's plenty of parking available and I have noticed the building was very modern and clean. It's got multiple offices and you enter via the intercom which is not accessible for deaf people. What do you love most about your job?
At New Dawn we strive on supporting service Users to maintain both their independence and quality of life. We love that we can be your constant source of support in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. We like to talk to you and get to know you so that we provide support in the way that you like.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in a hospital setting we have seen people wishing to go home but delayed due to lack of providers of support at home. We decided to start our own business so that we can be another provider to allow discharge home without delay for those who are deemed fit for discharge.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow government guidelines on the control and prevention of Covid-19. All our staff wear masks and appropriate PPE when caring for you. We always encourage handwashing where possible but staff have plenty of sanitiser for times when hand washing is not possible.
Domiciliary Care
New Dawn offers a variety of Home Care services tailored to meet individual needs.

• Personal care and support (including getting up, toileting, bathing, washing and dressing)
