Conversations with Neeta always leave me feeling open, clear and light. Neeta has taken me on the journey of discovering what I have been seeking!

I think that the majority of us either have an inkling of what we would like to happen and then we wish for life to unfold and react to it.

By working with Neeta on a four week programme of realising my dream on a scale of 1-10, I have managed to reach 10! I have done something I have been dreaming of for years but just wasn't getting round to doing it.

Neeta, not only listened but also inspired me to get started and helped me to stay on track which is extremely important as we all know.

Before working with Neeta there were a lot of stressful situations in my life: Separation, bereavement, and a complex and frustrating situation with my late father’s property. I was worried about everything – the present and the future. Everything was weighing me down. I felt like I was drowning and couldn’t see anything clearly.

I was nervous about working with Neeta at first. Talking about myself doesn’t come easy to me, so I wasn’t sure how our meetings would go. As soon as we started Neeta put me completely as ease. I felt my body relax and after our first meeting I knew she was the right person to help me through the difficulties I was facing.

One of the most important things I learnt from Neeta was to let go of problems that I cannot control. If I can’t do anything about it, don’t let it make you stressed. This was actually easier than it sounds.
Neeta also taught me not to think about doing things too much – just get on and do it, but not to put myself under pressure for not doing things (exercise!). Be guided by myself, not others.
By the end of our 21 days I could see my life more clearly. I am focussed on what I want to achieve. I am more pro-active. I just get on and do!
I am cooking professionally again and I absolutely love it!

I would highly recommend Neeta to anyone who is going through difficult times in their life. It’s like she has pushed my reset button and I can’t thank her enough.

I love seeing people get past their thinking to show up as themselves so that they feel less self-conscious, feel more confident and less afraid every day.

I’ve been coaching since 2007 and I worked as an executive coach for a coaching company in Singapore where I was living as an expat.

I soon started my own coaching and counselling practice in Singapore and got my master’s degree in counselling.

After moving back to London in 2011, I continued working as an executive coach but in the last couple of years, after being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I decided to once again set up my own coaching practice.

I saw how my state of mind impacted my symptoms and I wanted to bring this understanding to my work.

I'm a Certified Coach
I have a Masters in Counselling
I trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat-Zinn

My former career was in finance for many years.

I spent many years using various techniques and processes to ‘fix’ my clients' issues, but the effects weren't always long-lasting.

I now see that beyond our noisy, busy mind, lies our wellbeing where there's no fixing required. This inside-out understanding has changed everything for me and for my clients. Combining this approach with some gentle accountability has meant my clients take consistent action to create long-lasting change in their lives.
