I recently had an incredible experience remote Reiki and Crystal Healing session with the Healy Frequency on Zoom, and I must say, it was absolutely amazing.
🤩As someone who has never tried this before, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of relaxation and tranquility I felt throughout the entire session.

Monica made me feel welcome and her sincerity and warmth shone through as she talked to me then described what she would be doing during the treatment. I could feel the vibrations from the tuning forks going down my spine in particular and found the experience relaxing. I had a treatment with himalayan bowls, which I found extremely calming and relaxing. Monica explained how they work. The bowls identified areas of blocked energy in my body and as the treatment progressed the sounds started ringing through longer and clearer as the blocked energies were mobilised. Thank you to Monica Rose and Caroline Anderson for a fantastic retreat day on 12th May. They provided a gorgeous breakfast and lunch and paced the day well with time to get to know the other women who attended, none of whom I’d met before.
Before each session Caroline and Monica explained the purpose and what to expect. I loved the chance to relax through the morning’s guided meditation and the sound bath in the afternoon. I tried art therapy for the first time and will treasure my picture at home. We all received a goody bag at the end of the day which was a lovely gesture. For anyone looking for a day of self care in a safe and nurturing environment I would recommend taking up the opportunity of attending their future retreat days.

I had a tuning fork treatment from Monica. She was very professional and explained things well. The treatment was very comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing. I was surprised how much I could feel the positive vibrational energy through my body from the forks, when they weren't even touching me. I left feeling calm, de-stressed and energised at the same time, as if lighter, or 'floating', like some blocked energy or tension has been released, that I didn't know was there. Wow this lady is incredible, from setting our intentions and manifesting our futures to letting go of major hurts, regrets, deep traumas and wounds this two hour session did NOT disappoint!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business was inspired by my 23 years of experience as a mental health nurse and my training as a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner.
