Great Place to workout, spacious, good range of equipment. All PT’s were friendly and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

I worked with Dean who was amazing. The given workouts were tailored to what I wanted to achieve. The best thing about working with Dean was just the great level of encouragement even when the workouts got tough he knew just how to motivate me. No matter how hard the workouts were time always flew by as he has great people skills and genuinely cares about your progress. Always had great conversations with him.

I needed to improve my physical and mental health. Dean was able to adapt and facilitate sessions in order to help me get the most out of my sessions, especially when the mental side was getting to me. Being able to both work out and talk through issues has been really beneficial for me. Many PTs only focus on the technical and physical aspects of personal training. Dean understands that in order for the body to be fit, the mind has to be fit as well, and is willing to put in the work for a holistic approach that makes for a well-rounded, healthier lifestyle.

On the whole, I am very grateful for Dean’s approach and willingness to think outside the box with his training. It has been invaluable to my physical and mental well-being. I would recommend Dean to many of my friends who are looking to improve their fitness and mental outlook to fitness. Dean has a way of getting you to the destination without making the journey seem like a chore.

I wanted to feel stronger and more fit so I talked to Dean and trusted that he would be a great coach. Dean always has the best attitude towards work. He pushes me when I need it, he has taught me how to switch off my mind and trust that my body is capable of much more than I thought!
His approach to every lesson with positive vibes and energy is unique. He knows when to push harder and how to make me get stronger without ever suffering from muscle pains the next day!

He has made me see exercise in a different way. I used to dread the idea of going to the gym but now I look forward to our sessions! It's an incredible experience, so worth it! Time flies during the sessions and you leave feeling rejuvenated and energised! I have recommended his services to my friends and my sister.

Dean has a wonderful ability to take his profession seriously, but also base it in reality where it is OK to have a bit of chocolate, or take a day off without it consuming you with guilt. Just get back on the horse again! What I value is someone who has taken the time to get to know me, my goals, and my strengths. He really works on my strengths but challenges me to push myself in areas of weakness. I help my clients achieve their goals by guiding, motivating and supporting them through a exercise, and if required, nutrition program that is catered to the clients lifestyle, abilities and more importantly, goals.

There is no secret, it takes work, discipline, consistency and resilience. And a great program of course. I believe these are the key ingredients to achieving just about anything in life.

I love my clients. I love watching them reclaim their health, fitness and ideal weight. I love the look on their face when they tell me how much better they are feeling . I love to watch them do their first press up. I love being a part of that achievement and realisation.

I became inspired to start my own business when I realised that I could positively serve others. As I have a background in sport and actively pursue staying fit, healthy and strong, helping others do the same seemed like the best and most natural path for me to take, and I have been proved right.

If you want someone in your corner who is knowledgeable, professional, and supportive then I am the trainer for you. I am passionate in helping people looking, moving and feeling better and I would be so grateful if I could do this for you. I will work with you, guide you and push you so that we can achieve any health and fitness goal you have in mind.
