I arrived at Paul Ricard with a new member of the team. He said his name was Neil. We got on well straight away, he did a great job all weekend. There was one slight issue with beading from the head, First time i have seen this at a race track. Other than this small detail he was fantastic. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone who requires support in any sector of the motorsport industry. More...

What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Your requirements, clearly defined, allow for a smoother and quicker design and production process.
It is not an issue if you do not know every little detail - that is where I come in - I do my best to understand where you want to go and I can then offer you ideas and suggestions to move your towards your end goal.
It is important to build a relationship with you - most of my work is repeat business - and building this relationship is so very important.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
My recent projects range from leaflets and business cards to exhibition panels, printed catalogues and high quality brochures.
The projects utilise digital short run printing, larger run lithographic printing and large format printing, vinyl cutting and sign production.
Describe your creative process.
It is all about you and your requirements - every project requires a different process to ensure you receive something unique and ideally suited to your needs. It begins with learning about your business - your history, your likes, dislikes, what you have seen that works and even what you do not want - these dislikes usually assist in progressing your project in the direction you want.

What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction - producing a project from scratch and exceeding the customer expectations - I invest a great deal of time and energy in any project undertaken - and the goal is for the customer to love what they have received from me - it makes the late nights worthwhile!
What inspired you to start your own business?
One word - control. I wanted to ensure that I can offer a level of service that exceeds customer expectations - attention to details and customer service is key - this is not always possible when working for someone else.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a personal service tailored directly to your requirements - I will not try to sell you something you do not need because it suits me.
I will spend the time to learn about you and your business and offer the best advice I can to you - I want you to receive what you want to suit your budget and your business.
