My favorite part of working with Piers was going deeper into understanding my values and perspective on life. I think the exercises, such as discussing my priorities, were really helpful in thinking about why my relationship with food is not actually what I really want.
I highly recommend working with Piers as there are so many unexpected lessons that come from the discussions.
He is extremely helpful in making you question whether you are behaving in a way that matches your life goals/values and paves the way to make the necessary adjustments. He is extremely friendly and approachable, so that you never feel judged and instead feel like you can really open up.
Having worked with Piers, I feel much more at ease and generally more fulfilled with myself.

Honestly, Piers has spoken so much sense during our sessions. It has been easy to make the changes, and I genuinely feel much better. The recipes he provided have been really useful and the direction very easy to follow; it's been a very positive experience. More...

I was pre-diabetic and lost around 7 kg over 3-4 months by cutting out hidden sugars, eating more nutritious wholesome foods and exercising more. Now I feel so much better and have more energy too. (W.B. London) More...
How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
The right diet, is of course a crucial part of health for you. And it's vital to know what to eat for managing your weight and even when to eat can be critical too. However, it is not the only consideration.
What do you love most about your job?
To me seeing someone completely transform their lives and become the person they have always dreamt of being. There's no more reward than seeing someone overcome their challenges and difficulties, negotiate the bumps or barriers seemingly in the way and come out the other side a truly changed person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A few reasons. I always had an interest in health and wellbeing but, in brief, a major catalyst was witnessing the devastating effects of obesity and associated health problems on my mum, and then my wife who also was slightly overweight and pre-diabetic.
The conventional systems did not help either my mum or my wife.
I knew there was another more wholesome way. I made it my mission to help others avoid going down the same path by studying nutrition.
I go into a lot more detail about this on my website in the 'My Story' tab.

Having studied for nutrition for 3 years, I am now specialising in weight loss. I help women who are struggling with cravings, emotional eating and exhaustion. I empower them to ditch the diet and lose the pounds so they can transform their lives to feel truly liberated, energised and confident so they can do what they really love and care about.
Why should our clients choose you?
My approach to weight loss is completely different to what anyone else out there is offering. I take my clients on a journey. I am not interested in you 'just' losing weight. I want you to transform your life. I want you to love and appreciate yourself for exactly who you are.
Ask yourself this: Why do you really want to lose weight? Who is it that you want to become and what sort of life will you live when you are your ideal size?
Identifying this will go a long way to helping you stick with your desired outcome on the days you want to give up, quit or binge on something unhealthy.
The major reason why most people either fail to lose weight or lose it and then regain it is because your identity has remained the same. If you still feel like that overweight person inside and you don't believe you can truly overcome your food/weight issues, then you will default back to the position you are identified with: i.e. being overweight.
I have established the "six pillars of sustained weight loss" in which each pillar is an aspect of your life that needs addressing. The six pillars are: Mindset, Nutrition, Activity, Support, Balance and Habits.
So, in my programmes we examine your core beliefs and attitudes (mindset), we look at the levels of activity appropriate for you, we examine the other stressors in your life and how they are impacting your health/weight (sleep, emotions, hormones, work-life balance etc.), we look at ways you can release old habits no longer serving you and establish new ones and this is all under the support and guidance you get from me week by week. And last but not least we of course look at what to eat and when and we work on establishing a diet that works for you for life.
When I say diet, I mean a way of eating real food, that does not involve deprivation or going 'on' a diet or following some sort of fad or lose weight fast promises by many unscrupulous individuals in the weight loss industry.
By addressing each of these areas, losing weight becomes a by-product.
Losing weight - and more importantly keeping it off - is an achievement virtually anyone can attain. It requires sufficient investment of your energy, and takes some time and a little effort to overcome ingrained habits.
