The sense of satisfaction when you know that you've left the client in a better situation than they were in and that they are delighted with our service..
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own relatives situation when they had to go into care and were not prepared for it and seeing them lose the home they had worked so hard for to pay for the care fees.
