How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is essential in maintaining health and well-being, however, I do believe that balance and moderation are important in maintaining a good relationship with food.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to improve their lives and well-being through dietary change. I love creating tailored plans and supporting people to achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a passion for nutrition and food, this passion turned into a BSc and MSc in Nutrition related courses, both cementing my knowledge and driving me to help others.

I work with each client individually, providing a tailored service to work towards nutritional changes and goals to enhance lives and support lifestyle changes where necessary. I have experience in working with weight management, and disease prevention, and have supported many clients in achieving well-being through nutritional change, specialising in female health and sports performance.

I can provide services remotely /online using Teams/zoom to video call, I am also happy to carry out initial consultations in a telephone call.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In clinic-based visits, the consultation room is cleaned thoroughly between clients.

An in-depth look at your diet, you prove us with either a 4 or 7 day weighed food diary for us to analyse and we will provide a report and written, personalised advice based on your goals and a follow-up 20 minute consultation.
Weight Loss Plans
Weight loss plans are tailored to clients' needs after a 45minute consultation. Ongoing support can be provided as required between consultations.
