I applied for immigration appeal through this firm, my solicitor was salman Shah but the person deals with me named syed Ahmed, he asked me fixed fees for it but when he took my case than he asked more money, so he blackmailed me through this way, he was so rude and he didn't has any intentions to win the appeal, he even couldn't respond to Home office objections, he didn't reply to single point of home office refusal, so thats why he didn't show me appeal before submitting in court. I really like to be honest about my experience with Law Lane. Read before instructing. Made too many mistakes instructing these guys. .. Money comes first not clients. Even though they charge enough as it but always find a way to get extra where they can even though it’s there fault!! Where do I start..... Tahir’s Ego was too big at the start to speak properly and do the application properly instead off messing it all up (costed me thousands extra never wanted to compensate me anything!!). I instructed Tahir regarding my brothers spouse visa. At first call I had with Tahir he said he won’t talk unless I pay him his fees, which is out of order as other big firms for example, Reiss Edwards who are very professional give a free initial consultation (they are half the price from these guys) which I recommend anyone in future using them. However, so I agreed paying Tahir his fee (£2,500 then extra for other letters) thinking I will be receiving a 5* service and quick communication. His team Nuresa and Awais (trainee solicitors need a lot more training in vary aspects) was always on the case in which I did not find helpful at all, I was constantly emailing, messaging on WhatsApp and ringing as we was stuck and needed advice: in order to get a response on the next step but they just didn't seem to be bothered which really baffled me as they are getting paid and not doing it for free!! I then instructed to Tahir as I only wanted himself to deal with his case as the Trainee’s was no help and was just time wasting. As time passed the Visa got refused as the application support documents was not submitted correctly I had extra fees to pay every conversation that I used to have with Tahir it was just about money extra work etc, morally is very wrong knowing the circumstances. It got to a stage where i was emailing Home Office myself in order to get answers which i was not expecting at start. I strongly recommend anyone else to look into other firms that actually speak to you not waste your time and give you some good advice by paying a reasonable fee. More...

The whole team especially Mr Yasir,Miss Nuresa and most importantly Mr. Tahir Shahab Khan have been extremely hard working in terms of information gathering from us.. They were much motivated than us, in putting up this application possible for me and for my wife as well.. Worst place the housing department is careless,just ripped me money for nothing and the results are zero. A lady named Fatima playing nice but charged me 30£ for a calm phone 4 mins. So I guess all her work is overrated and the place so far cost me 600£ for few emails and phone calls. Total waste of money and time. It is a shame to say that once you give money to these people , they don’t show any interest in serving their existing customers! The moment they get reply from home office or court it is their duty to get the original document and I’d for the client back , cause we pay them for this. But instead they make client to chase them up instead they should keep chasing homeoffice if they have missed something or did an error !!! Their staffs are violating the time and money it cost that a client has paid to them and the breaking law only because your case is s still with them and you need them to get your documents back. This is not client responsibility or fault , on top the Bengali lady tried to ask more money !! If we report you guys u can easily lose your licences, you are not doing your job properly and your staffs are useless and not helpful to be honest !!! You should stop being greedy and fulfill ur duty. Instead of helping you are exploiting clients !!beware of them they keep your documents and lies that home office asking more and more money and the. Make you wait for months and months to give you back your documents !very fishy company !when you call to speak to the guy or lady they always not present in office but when they need your money they are there.
