I met Jonathan 2 years ago when I started my fitness and health journey. At the time that I met him I was overweight and in ill health. I was at a stage mentally where it was time to get myself in shape and to start feeling good again. I was 4 stone overweight and my BMI was borderline obese. Jonathan helped me to understand how to exercise effectively and how to combine cardio and weights for building muscle and burning fats. Jonathan helped me with my nutrition and combatting eating habits that could take me on a downward spiral. 2 years later I am 4 stone lighter, more energetic and toned. I regularly visit the gym, still using techniques Jonathan gave me and my eating habits are completely different to what they were two years ago. I have been a client Jonathan for some time. I was 16 stones, when I first met him. He helped me loss weight and improve my endurance. He trains his client by using intense cardio combined with weight training. He also helped me with my diet planning. When I slowly begun to loss weight, my confidence started to grow. Nutrition plays a big part in improving fitness. I use my knowledge of macronutrients to assist my clients to achieve their goals as it is essential. This is something I always incorporate in training.
