Joanna is amazing she is so passionate about her fur babies and my dog Busby adores her. Joanna has groomed Busby since he was a few months old and he always looks forward to her visits. It's so convenient having Joanna come to you, the set up is very high spec and being groomed is like a real treat. Joanne was great, she took the time to chat with me prior to Molly's appointment due to being unhappy with previous groomers. Joanne knew exactly what I wanted and arrived at the time she said she would. Joanne took the time to let Molly get to know her especially as she's a little nervous with strangers. It was so lovely to hear Joanne chatting away to Molly and constantly reassuring her during her groom. (Had a little chuckle to myself every time I heard her chatting away)! Met Joanna this morning, I felt very comfortable with her as did m 2,dogs I instantly knew she did her work giving that little bit extra care , she took the time to chat asked what I wanted for lilly my 15 year old westie baby and asked questions like allergies skin type etc the van is very well equipped lill had the full works as she missed her last cut due to illness she came out of Joannes van beautiful clean smelling wonderful with a cute bandanna on, she looks 100 % better at I'm sure she feels it too I have booked both my scottie x westie in for 6 weeks Believe me, when you find a good kind caring groomer hold on to her, its took my years to find a good one like Joanna xxx
