Once again Jonathan has done me proud, He replaced my iPhone 11 swollen battery today at “short notice” as it was stating to swell. The dangers of what can happen with a swollen up battery is unthinkable, He done it whilst I waited, which tied in perfectly for working commitments. Ps. Phone is running like a dream now. You won’t find a more genuine professional and trustworthy company (guy) out there. I would highly recommend going here for any technical faults with phones, laptops and many more. I have been to iSpecialist oh so many times with mobile phone issues to needing unlocking and dead hard drives & batteries needing replaced on my Macbook. Every time, it's a 5* service, lovely crew who really look after you and it doesn't cost the earth. Totally blown away by the service received today! My 10yr old broke her ipad last night, it was smashed up so bad even the part near the camera was split open and had dented thru to the back! We thought it was irreparable tbh 😱 She had smashed her phone last Oct but never got round to getting it fixed. So went to the shop about 2pm with both phone and ipad, served by a really nice guy (possibly called Peter) who explained it would take until 2moro to fix the ipad, I said we were moving house 2moro so i would collect when I could. 2hrs later I get phone call saying he prioritised it cause we’re moving, and had it ready for 5pm, I asked for screen protectors and 2 basic cases, he done an amazing deal, threw in some freebies and honestly, I cannot get over how good they look! but especially the ipad, its like brand new!! Absolutely fantastic service from Peter at Ispecialist! Had a recurring issue with my son’s gaming PC so it wasn’t even turning on properly. Free diagnostics and was back to me with an answer under 24 hours with nice simple answers. Never once said or made me feel like i needed to part with loads of money and the price was exceptional. I visited this shop today with my iPhone X, MacBook Air and my little cousins iPhone 6 and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The iPhone X screen was smashed, and it was able to be replaced within 30 minutes for an amazing price. The back of my cousins phone was also fixed during this 30 mins too, so she was absolutely buzzing too. Just hoping for a miracle with my water damaged laptop, I spilled water on it but had just left uni so after getting quoted hundreds to fix it, I didn’t bother repairing it. However now I am a nursery teacher and need the laptop to video call with the children and families during this lockdown, so just keeping everything crossed it can be fixed.
