How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is one of the most important aspects of health and wellbeing. No matter how customized a training plan is, you can't out train a bad diet. A healthy diet with the correct amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals can help prevent health conditions as well as improve vitality.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Initially, we have a one to one consultation ( voice or video). You will be asked to fill out some information before hand. We will establish your goals as well as how we will get there. We will also establish any barriers that may prevent you from achieving your goals. We will use all of this information to customise a programme as well as support you nutritionally.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is steady and consistent progress. Unfortunately you will not achieve your goals with in a month and most likely only start seeing significant results after 2-3 months. Therefore it is important to be patient and make small steps towards your dream goal.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching clients improve in a holistic manner. They get more confident while they become healthier. It is also amazing to see how happier they become as they get healthier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness has always been a big part of my life. My main fitness goal is to become stronger through the sport of powerlifting. However, I have a passion for medicine ( studying medical physiology) and therefore want to help patients with their conditions through exercise.
