Although Dave talks about items that we would all rather not think about needing such as wills, lasting power of attorney’s and funeral plans he approaches these subjects in a suitably friendly and light-hearted manner to put his customers at ease. Dave is clear, concise and well versed in the legal aspects of his business and when perhaps some elements can prove a little complex to understand he is able to draw pictures to illustrate the information he is trying to get across. Whilst it is true, he is no Van Gogh the pictures simplify the complicated which is the important thing. There is no hard sell, Dave’s main concern is that you have the right products to keep you and your family protected should the worst happen and is happy to check existing wills etc to make sure they are fit for purpose under current legislation.
