The products that I use are sourced from Neals Yard Remedies and are made from natural and organic ingredients, which are free from harmful chemicals, therefore are eco friendly and are not tested on animals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love making my clients to feel more relaxed and free of aches and pains. My aim is for my clients to feel much lighter and happier than they were prior to their appointment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for health and welling; wanting to make a difference and being able to facilitate that on my own terms.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am professional, friendly and easy going. My clients find my holistic approach to be calming and relaxing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work in a sanitised environment. Clean towels and blankets are used with each client. Workspace and therapy couch wiped down in between treatments with anti bacterial spray / wipes.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a therapeutic treatment that uses the 5 traditional massage movements (Effleurage, Petrissage, Tapotement, Vibrations and Frictions) to manipulate soft body tissues which can have a stimulating or relaxing effect on the body. Each treatment is tailored and adapted towards a clients individual requirements. Benefits of Swedish Massage include;

Aromatic Massage
A holistic and relaxing massage using pre-blended massage oils from Neals Yard Organic or PureXracts. A soothing treatment, excellent for reducing muscular aches and pains, promotes relaxation and improved sleep patterns.

Indian Head Massage
With it’s origins from India, Ayurvedic Massage aims to treat the whole body to maintain a balance between physical, emotional and spiritual health. Indian Head massage uses traditional techniques for treating the shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face and is traditionally performed on the client whilst in a seated position. Specially selected oils are used on the hair and scalp to maintain strong, shiny and healthy hair. Scalp massage can also be beneficial for promoting hair growth.
Stone Therapy Massage
Stone Therapy Massage or Geothermotherapy, uses hot and cold stones alternatively throughout the massage to bring about physiological and psychological therapeutic benefits. Stone Therapy is known as a holistic theraly being derived from the Greek word Holos. Holism takes into account each person individually and aims to improve a persons health by re-establishing homeostasis (balance) within the body. Using heated basault stones increases the effects of manual massage by up to 10 times.
Reiki
Reiki therapy is a gentle touch therapy that involves the placing of the therapist'shand onReiki therapy is a gentle touch therapy that involves the placing of the therapist’s hand on or just above the body whilst focusing on the 7 chakra positions. Often described as spinning wheels of energy, the chakras’ positions each correspond with an endocrine gland, ducts that secrete hormones into the bloodstream and thus regulate hormonal balance. Promotes healing, reduces strss and anxiety.
Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage uses deeper massage movements and techniques to target dysfunction tissue. A combination of slow stokes and targeted pressure is used to assist with the release of tightness and tension held deeply in the muscles and connective tissues.
Deep pressure will only be focused on one or two areas. During a longer full body massage, other body areas will receive less pressure, using a medium to firm technique.
