Worth noting that a lot of the reviews here are a few years old. In our 12 months there ('21-'22), cleaning in our office was hit-and-miss. Half way through our time there, cleaners were told to stop emptying office bins. The floor's main access doors were broken and accessible to anyone for months. The building's only food vending machine was out of action for even longer. We were charged £400 on leaving for repairs after sticking some panels to a wall. Paid it instantly. 3 months later we're still waiting for our deposit back. The interaction with head office (only available via online forms, never the phone) has been frustrating and littered with dodging and excuse-making. We did have lots of interaction with the staff at this site and the internet service teams. They are GREAT. Honestly. So helpful and understanding and the reason I can't bring myself to give a 1-star review. I really hope they find their way on to work for better companies. More...

We have found the service and people at Regus City West to be both professional and of the highest order.The staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and very often go the extra mile without the bat of an eye. I would recommend Regus to any organisation but particularly the City West, Leeds branch.My one and only criticism with the City West Park is the lack of a sizeable business lounge. CCS Media have been residents at this Regus building for over 6 years. This is testament to the excellent service and facilities provided by the centre manager and the Regus staff.
