What do you love most about your job?
I love relating one-to-one on life changing moments! It's incredible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because I was ready to do business on my own terms, work only the hours I can work with a young family and be free to discuss all the elements of what being a woman entails. Working specifically with women brings the need for deep conversation and I believe having these conversations in a safe, kind, devoted and encouraging space is so important.
Applied positive psychology and coaching psychology is also a new division within the UK's Psychology offering and so private practice in this field is truly exciting and diverse. I love that I've been able to do it!
Why should our clients choose you?
I truly love people and am invested in helping people break through. It has been the reason for all my learning and pushing through since I first went to uni all those years back. I love what I do.
I believe in women helping women succeed and that is what I do.
Working with me directly helps me help others in my charitable work week to week! I am an ambassador of 'The Hunger Project' and it's 'Unleashed Women' programme.

I love to work online and it works really well! Zoom is my preferred method in session.
